Terms and Conditions for Scheduling Appointments
By scheduling an appointment with JAL LAW, you agree and acknowledge the following terms:
Remember that all appointments will be scheduled during Florida time (EST).
1. Appointment Cancellation:
To cancel your appointment, you must notify us at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time. If you do not meet this deadline and do not show up, the appointment will be considered confirmed and will not be rescheduled.
2. Meeting Platform:
Appointments will be conducted through Microsoft Teams. It is your responsibility to ensure that the platform is downloaded and functioning properly prior to the appointment. If it is not, we reserve the right to cancel your appointment.
3. Internet Connection:
A stable and good quality Internet connection is essential to ensure smooth communication. We recommend connecting from a location with a reliable signal and avoiding areas with interruptions or noise.
4. Meeting Environment:
Please make sure you are in a private place with no distractions during the appointment. This is necessary to discuss legal matters with due confidentiality.
5. Documentation Required:
Submit all documentation relevant to your case prior to the appointment. This will allow us to adequately prepare and maximize time during the meeting.
Important Note:
If you fail to comply with any of these terms, we reserve the right to cancel your appointment. In that case, you must schedule a new appointment and make the corresponding payment.
By confirming your appointment with JAL LAW, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions described above.
